GENERAL 

1. DRIVER’S AGE: Minimum 23 years for groups A & B and 25 years for car groups C, D, E, F, G, H and special groupn with One (1) year of driving experience. Maximum Age 76 years old.

Young Driver supplement (21-22) for groups A & B and (21-24) for groups C, D, E, F, G, H and special groups is 10 € per day. 

Senior Driver Supplement (72-76) is 15 € per day.
2. DRIVER’S LICENSE: International or National held at least one year.
3. MINIMUM RENTAL: One day (24 hours). The cost for every extra hour is 10 Euros.
4. TRAFFIC FINES AND FEES: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. Fine administration fee 25 €. This fee would be charged by the supplier (Olympus) if you were to receive a fine during your rental , such as a speeding fine or a parking ticket. Please note that this fee does not include the fine amount.
5. DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit equal to the excess is required.
6. INSURANCE: The customer can obtain full collision protection by purchasing Full Collision Damage Waiver. 
With our comprehensive insurance package, priced at 15€ per day, you enjoy full coverage (F.D.W)  (excluding tires, mirrors, glasses and undercarriage) with a deductible of 750€. It is imperative to have a valid credit card under the driver's name (on the spot) for the reservation process. This credit card will undergo a pre-authorization for the amount of 750€, which will be released by your bank if no accidents occur, subject to your bank's policies.

Regardless of whether F.D.W has accepted or not, the renter is liable for the full repair of the damages, if they have been caused by any violation of the provision of the Greek Driving Code, as well as for all the damages caused to the underside of the car as well as to the wheels, tires and mirrors. 
Please note that only the driver can drive the car - always on tarmac (asphalt) roads, nobody else.  The client bears full responsibility for any damage incurred while the car is parked. 

Important notice regarding insurance coverage.

If the guest opts out of purchasing the FDW (Full Damage Waiver) coverage, they accept full responsibility for any potential damages incurred. Consequently, upon collection, the guest must provide a valid credit card for pre-authorization of €1500. Additionally, they are required to present another credit card with an open balance, though it will not undergo pre-authorization at that time.

7. Personal Accident Insurance is available at 7 euros per Day per Person.

9. Gasoline (fuel): Paid by the customer. Customer should return the car back with the same level of fuel. In the event that the renter returns the vehicle with less fuel than originally supplied, a refueling fee of 20€ will be incurred, in addition to the cost of the required fuel. Conversely, should the vehicle be returned with excess fuel, Olympus Car Rentals does not offer refunds for the surplus fuel.

10. A minimum charge of 20 euros for deliveries and collection between 21.00 – 07.30 hours.

11. Ferrying of the car is prohibited without the authorization of OLYMPUS . (extra charge 20 euros per day).
12. Cancellation By The Guest : If a customer cancels their reservation at the last minute then a 30 € fee will apply. 

13. Cancellation by the company.In exceptional circumstances, our company reserves the right to cancel a reservation, without any associated fees or obligations, due to unforeseen circumstances. However, such cancellations will be communicated with a minimum notice of 20 days prior to the scheduled rental date.

14. For all the special offers the collection of the car is the last day 19.00 evening time. If the customer is late, the minimum charge is 10 euros per hour.
15. The customer should keep the car clean. If the car is not clean OLYMPUS has the right to charge the client 30 euros for cleaning the car.
16. BABY SEAT: 3 euros per day.
17. NAVIGATION SYSTEM: 7 euros per day.

18. DAMAGE ADMINISTRATION FEE: Regardless of the circumstances, if damage occurs, a damage administration fee of €90 will apply.

19. IN CASE OF ACCIDENT : Please be advised that in the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, it is imperative for the client to promptly contact the supplier (OLYMPUS). Completion of a damage or accident report form is required for insurance coverage; failure to do so may result in the loss of coverage.

GENERAL TERMS : 

The client bears full responsibility for any damage incurred while the car is parked. 

Additional driver : 5 €

A major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required in order to collect the car. Prepaid cards, American Express, rechargeable or virtual cards are not acceptable.
